Whatever the Mind Can Conceive and Believe It can Achieve

A website about diets claims that all diets fail because people like to eat more than they like to look good. I was amused because there are other 2 important reasons why:

1.    Aging – free radicals reduce energy and slow metabolic rate

2.    Homeostasis – the body’s resistance to change

But on second thought there is some truth to this claim. This is your desire. I believe you must develop a burning desire to change and achieve your goals.

Wait a minute…Did I used the word develop? Yes! You can definitely develop a burning desire to achieve your goals. You can soar to new peeks in your health, business, and relationships.

Wishing for a good-looking body is not enough to drive change. But desiring a good-looking body with a state of mind that becomes an obsession, planning the life style to change and backing it with persistence which doesn’t recognize failure, will transform you.

You’re Not Alone…Erectile Dysfunction is a Wide Spread Problem

The great Russian playwright Anton Chekhov said that man can survive the horrors of illness and war, and all the tortures of the soul. But the most tormenting tragedy of all time is the tragedy of the bedroom.

I was pretty shocked to learn how wide ED is.

•    There are more than 30 million men in United States affected by ED
•    Half of all men over 50 have a problem with ED
•    More than 1/3 of all men in al ages experience ED

You have ED if you have erection but you lose it or you don’t have it 50% of the time.

One thing I want you to know. ED is treatable and you shouldn’t get into panic if it happens. It can be a temporary ED which usually passes in a short while. But most of the ED problems, if you aren’t suffering depression or a physical disease, are related to your testosterone level. I will focus on this aspect and your physician will take care of the rest.

My first advice to you is to skip Vi.agra or its kind. Vi.agra is a very effective drug, but not for long. After 3 years users report decline in effectiveness and you don’t want to be there.

Have a medical check with your doctor to eliminate heart problem. ED is well known as an early signal for a coming cardio event. Ask your doctor also for a testosterone check.

To boost your testosterone level you should implement 3 strategies:

1.    Start aerobic exercise to flex your arteries and allow free blood flow. If you follow already my program you know that I don’t recommend more than 2-3 times 20 minutes session per week (including warm up and cool down)
2.    Start resistance training (body weight, gym, weight lifting) because it’s proven that your body increases production of HGH and Testosterone.
3.    Use natural supplements to increase testosterone level. I will touch this issue every second issue of the e-zine or you can read it all in Anti-Aging Fitness Program.

If it happens to your partner, your encouragement is important than any of my advices. Sensitivity and care are the keys to get out of ED fast.

A Low Glycemic Index Diet is not necessarily a Low Carb Diet

The most important habit to boost your health, transform your body and shed at least 10 years of your age, is refraining from sugar and industrial fructose (high-fructose corn syrup). The second most important habit for playing the carbs game right. You are maybe confused with low-carbs/high-protein, high-carb/low-fat, and the glycemic index. Hence, it’s important to understand the Glycemic Index (GI) concept and implement it in a reasonable and a simple way. But before we use this terminology let’s look at the GI definition.

The glycemic index is a ranking of carbohydrates based on their immediate effect on blood sugar levels. It compares foods gram for gram of carbohydrate. Carbohydrates that breakdown quickly during digestion have the highest glycemic indexes. The blood glucose response is fast and high. Carbohydrates that break down slowly, releasing glucose gradually into the blood stream, have low glycemic indexes.

The glycemic index (GI) ranks carbohydrates on a scale from 0 to 100 according to the extent to which they raise blood sugar levels after eating. Foods with a high GI are those which are rapidly digested and absorbed and result in marked fluctuations in blood sugar levels. Low-GI foods, by virtue of their slow digestion and absorption, produce gradual rises in blood sugar and insulin levels, and have proven benefits for health.

The glycemic index helps us understanding what the best carbs are, and if you get that right you are half the way to transform your body and improve your health by leaps and bounds.

The glycemic index is about the quality of the carbohydrates, not the quantity. A GI value tells you only how rapidly a particular carbohydrate turns into glucose. It doesn’t tell you how much of that carbohydrate is in a serving of a particular food.

Anti-Aging Fitness program does not provide quantities and GI indexes because food should be fun and not measured continuously. You should never stay hungry and you should eat as much as you want of the right foods. Therefore, you will achieve tremendous success eating a lot of low GI carbs. But I don’t want you to be concerned with the index and therefore the carbs are categorized to 3 lists:

•    Black list – High GI that you avoid eating
•    White list – Low GI that you eat as you want
•    Grey list – Medium GI that you should control the quantity

Understanding the GI and the impact of sugar and fructose on your health, has a surprising impact on slowing your aging. This nutrition plan could have called “high-carb/low GI diet” but those of you that familiar with the Anti-Aging Fitness Program program know that diet is out of my jargon and carbs are not the most important part of the plan.

Your Worst Health Enemy

I would like you try right away one change in your life style that will pay itself thousands of times in your appearance, fitness and health. I’m confident that you can make it even before you read my program or before implementing the 12 mind motivators’ “blue print”. But there is one motivator that is stronger than anything else. That’s success. I want you to taste it as soon as possible.  Afterwards your doubts will vanish and you are ready for the journey.

What’s the single, biggest most important change that if you apply will make the biggest impact on your health, figure, and fitness?

This is SUGAR, FUCTUSE and related sugary foods. Isn’t that amazing that by cutting one nutrient we achieve significant transformation in a matter of days? The reason for this leverage is our body blood sugar mechanism. When we eat sugar we jump our blood sugar level to the sky. The pancreas secrets insulin to lower the blood sugar back to the normal level, but since the body doesn’t need all this fuel for energy, it goes to fat storage. But fat accumulation is not the only bad result. Sugar increases the probability of a deadly disease as diabetes; it accelerates aging, and increases the fatty deposits that cause heart attack.

Sugar isn’t your only enemy. It has a “buddy”

The name of the other “bad guy” is high-fructose corn syrup. This is more dangerous than sugar and trickier as well. Fructose is a disguised lower Glycemic Index. But its impact is harmful as sugar. You mistakenly consume it almost in every processed food because it’s an excellent preservative.  If you want to get fast results in loosing weight and improve your health by leaps and bounds, cut you high-fructose corn sugar right now! You should still eat fruit. They have high fiber and antioxidant content.

Please, be very religious about refraining high-fructose corn syrup and in few days or weeks you start to see changes in your body even without changing anything else. Check carefully labels and you will find good substitutes to all your current food that contain fructose. Believe me, almost everything contains fructose. Even “innocent” products as mustard, ketchup, etc.  But the worse are the “healthy” low fat products that fructose improve their taste. No sugar. No Fructose. And just wait for the results.

I cannot make it. To hard to refrain of sugar…

That’s a myth. It’s easy because you want it and you get support from your body (and that can take some time). The sugar and high-fructose corn syrup create a vicious cycle in your body. The drop of blood sugar after insulin secretion is the seed for the next sugar craving and so on. But the major problem is also the key to success. When you stop eating sugar and high-fructose corn syrup, eventually you stop craving for them, because you are out of the blood sugar “rollercoaster”.

If you have sweet mouth, I suggest you to replace the sugar in your cooking with artificial sweeteners, even though there are debates about their risk.
